Ten Museum Park
| Miami, FL
Multi-Unit Housing
Ten Museum Park is the first lifestyle building to be erected on Miami’s famous
Biscayne Boulevard. Rising high above Biscayne Bay and Museum Park, residents and
office inhabitants are afforded panoramic views of Miami and Miami Beach. The slender
50-story tower exudes subtle elegance. The interiors are luxurious, private and
chic.
Two hundred luxury homes in the sky comprise the innovative design of interlocking
2-level lofts on one side of the building and flats on the other. Open plans allow
for spaciousness and adaptability of the home owner. The uppermost tower suites
offer tri-level lofts with private decks and plunge pools. Every unit features a
glassed-in hydrotherapy shower with views of South Florida.
Amenities include a private Clinique La Prairie Wellness Center with two fitness
rooms, European spa treatment rooms, a chromatherapy lounge, six pools and exterior
lounge areas.
