Alvarado-Kent
The Alvarado-Kent development, named for its location at the intersection of Alvarado and Kent Streets, calls for the construction of a six-story building featuring 80 apartments set aside for homeless people with mental illnesses, chronically homeless veterans, as well as other low-income residents. The building features fully furnished studio apartments, on site supportive services for the residents, and parking for 32 vehicles.

Architectural Vision

Egan Simon Architecture is designing the podium-type building, which is portrayed with a contemporary look.
