The CC Tan Center Apartments mixed-use project is a located in the heart of Glendale, California. The building consists of four levels of residential luxury apartments, a ground level inclusive of medical offices and a small restaurant, and two levels of subterranean parking.

Architectural Vision

A modern rendition of Art Moderne, the residential wings of the building float over the ground floor medical offices and are accentuated by alternating materials and color. The windows shift in color reminiscent of Mondrian palettes.

Sustainability

The building is in compliance with the Cal Green Building Code.
