The headquarters to International Finance Bank (IFB) is located at the intersection of Miami’s evolving Calle Ocho and Coral Gables’ financial district. The 45,000-square foot building offers unparalleled views of Miami and Class-A amenities.

Architectural Vision
The concept was to create an elegant contemporary corporate environment by recalling the ambiance of 20th century Florida Modern architecture and synthesizing it with the aura of the 21st century Magic City. Traditional (terrazzo and oak) and innovative products (IceStone, laminated glass, LED lighting) were creatively used throughout.
The bank also features an innovative flagship branch on the ground floor that is easily reconfigurable via the use of coil drapery and moveable islands. A drive-thru cuts below the tower. Its undulating ceiling alludes to the ocean, providing a unique transaction experience and shelter from the intense Florida sun.
Sustainability
Aligned with the Owner’s philosophy of social and environmental responsibility, we optimized sustainable features to realize an enjoyable workplace. The directive to “maximize transparency” inspired extensive use of glass and created a visually barrier-free office to assure that every employee is accessible and connected.
